The Job Role:

• Work safely, following proper procedures when using chemical agents and ensure that laundry staff follow these procedures and are trained accordingly
• Routinely perform daily laundry and/or dry-cleaning duties
• Ensure that hallways are clean of debris, mopped, stripped and buffed following company policies and procedures
• Establish cleaning schedules and ensure that the schedules are followed by Laundry staff
• Operate and maintain washing machines, extractors, mangles, and presses
• Monitor Inventory of cleaning supplies, terry, and linen
• Controlling workflow by coordinating work assignments with laundry executive or assistants
• Assigns staff to complete the needed activities for the day
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Outlet to monitor and assure the on-time delivery of the orders as well as have plans to increase the revenue

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in laundry, with at least two years in a supervisory role in a 4* or above hotel
• Preference for candidate who have completed the Hotel School Basic Level
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
